 Convert Y (luminance) to L* (CIELAB)

  Lstar = Y2Lstar(Y,Yn)

 Purpose:
   Convert luminance (1931 CIE Y coordinate) into CIELAB/CIELUV L* The
   luminance of the white point (Yn) is required.
