function rgb = Bilinear( bayer, cfaPattern )

DESCRIPTION ^

Bilinear demosaic algorithm 

    rgb = Bilinear( bayer, cfaPattern )

 Demosaic'ing algorithms estimate missing color information by
 interpolation of the known color information across different color
 planes.  

 This routine implements a bilinear algorithm
