PURPOSE

Refresh the metrics window.

function metricsRefresh(handles)

DESCRIPTION

 Refresh the metrics window. 

   metricsRefresh(handles)

 This call resets the pull down options on the right, coordinating the
 contents of those pull downs with the available images in the current
 ImageProc window.
