  [refImage,resampledcmpImage] = metricsSCIELAB(refImage,cmpImage)

 Purpose: 
    Gateway routine for S-CIELAB in the Metrics Window.
    vc1 and vc2 are two virtual camera images from the image processor window.
    A spatial image of Spatial CIELAB errors is returned for display and
    analysis in the Metrics Window.
