DESCRIPTION

 Obsolete
 Rotate a 2-D source image (Is) about its center by theta degrees

     Id = rtImageRotate(Is,theta)

 Rotate a 2-D source image (Is) about its center by an angle theta (in
 degrees)to a 2-D destination image.
