function PIXEL = pixelPositionPD(PIXEL,place)

DESCRIPTION

   PIXEL = pixelPositionPD(PIXEL,place)

 Purpose:
    Place the photodetector with a given height and width at the center of
    the pixel. This routine places the photodetector upper left corner
    positions.  

     PIXEL = pixelPositionPD(PIXEL,'center')
